See TextureTypes.uc for information on setting up texture types which are
used below (in GetTextureType) to determine the type of sound to use.

Note that if a texture isn't recognized, the Stone sound is played by
default. TextureType = TT_None can be used to disable sound for specific
textures.

Fetches the given texture's TextureType remapping TT_Default to the default
material type if applicable.

The TextureType can be manually set at the time that the texture is created 
and saved in a .utx package. Currently though (tbd whether this will remain
but it seems useful) any time that a texture is loaded or saved, its 
TextureType is set based on the information in TextureTypes.ini (see
TextureTypes.uc which maps texture name prefixes to material types). Also 
see UnTex.cpp for native implementationm details.
